I am Giulia Principe, multimedia artist and researcher born and raised in Napoli, IT 1992, based in Amsterdam.

My artistic practice integrates cross-disciplinary work on perception, science and ecology. Central to my work is a fascination with the subjectivity of perception; how we experience, filter, and internalize the world around us through cognitive, emotional, and technological lenses. My work takes form through immersive, experimental environments integrating analog and digital media, where themes of environmental vulnerability, cosmic scale, and technological surveillance are explored in both poetic and critical ways.
At the core is the exploration of perception as a mutable, unstable experience, my work aims to question the boundaries between observer and observed, natural and artificial, and personal versus planetary.
